Financial Controlling & Reporting Manager

Our client, a global company specializing in the food industry, is looking for a Financial Controlling & Reporting Manager for their growing organization.

Qualifications:

• University degree
• More than 10 years of experience in Financial Audit Companies & Publicly Held Corporations
• Excellent understanding of the workings of balance sheet, cash flow, and P&L
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, Local GAAP (VUK), and deferred tax
• SAP experience is essential
• IAS 29 knowledge is a plus
• Experience in CMB reporting regulations
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Analytical thinker, detail-oriented, proactive
• Experienced in team management
• Strong communication and team management skills
• CPA is a plus

Job Description:

• Directly reporting to CFO
• Coordinate financial reporting and analysis process
• Lead the execution of month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports in accordance with IFRS group accounting standards and CMB reporting on a quarterly basis
• Ensure adherence to reporting deadlines and lead reporting team
• Manage and coordinate internal and independent audit processes as well as other regulatory parties
• Conduct process controls and improvements in line with the company’s procedures
• Maintain and develop an accurate record-keeping system and participate in ERP development projects
• Maintain a strong relationship with the company’s other departments as well as independent Board Members
• Manage a team of 5-6 colleagues
