What you’ll do

We are looking for a Technical Product Lead for our Fixed Connectivity & Unified Communications Squad to execute the full lifecycle of enterprise IoT products and solutions as per customer needs and technology evolution, from concept phase to retirement in an environment of continuous improvement.

  1. Aligns with the Product Owner for the squad or segment on how the proposition and desired customer experience fit into the overall strategy for the segment/squad.
  2. Acts as accountable for shaping objectives and delivering the business value of fixed connectivity and unified communications products & services in all digital VBU customer product platforms, closely working with fixed connectivity and unified communications partner ecosystem to enable new services and technical capabilities.
  3. Focuses on process development within the squad to serve the best customer experience & increase loyalty, and create efficiency for B2B customers.
  4. Acts as a strong voice to shape the desired customer journeys including a digital first mind-set.
  5. Collaborates with other teams to gain customer/market insight for new products and product enhancements/redesign and to plan the commercial delivery of the products.
  6. Tracks performance (financial, technical, CX) of products and reports to ensure corrective actions and developments are undertaken to achieve the planned objectives and remain competitive against the competition.
  7. Relationship Management & Collaboration: Sustains relationships with internal/external stakeholders to ensure their full support for Enterprise mobile products and propositions to achieve product KPIs.
  8. Collaborates with other teams for customer/market insight for new products and product enhancements/redesign.
  9. Product Development & Delivery: Cooperates with IT and Customer Operations teams to provide input for successful operations and customer care for the products developed.
  10. Analyzes competitors’ products and communicates competitive threats and opportunities to leadership.
  11. Continuously follows up on technological trends, competitors’ products, and communicates competitive threats and opportunities to leadership.
  12. Contributes to Product & Solution chapter development & best practice sharing.
  13. Ensures products serve customers' digitalization journey.
  14. Develops products that provide the best customer experience and respond to customer needs & increase customer loyalty.
  15. Makes the Agile Working Method and prioritization with MVP approach effective for the whole organization.
  16. Helps the VBU organization to increase its knowledge of technology trends.
Who you are

• BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or similar field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Technology/Network planning and operation activities in a telecommunications operator or organization supporting large heterogeneous Access & IP infrastructures or similar
• Knowledge of network topologies and technological trends
• Knowledge of Fixed Network Architecture (including HW and SW platforms roadmap)
• Knowledge of and experience with major internet routing protocols; specifically BGP, OSPF, MPLS, RSVP and ISIS.
• Knowledge of IP technology and of Fixed networks requirements and characteristics.
• Understanding & awareness of services compatible on Fixed networks such as wireless, VPN, voice, security, SD-WAN
• Certifications in CCNP, CCIE, HCIP R&S, NSE4 are considered an added value
• Know-how on ARUBA, Forti, Huawei preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects throughout their lifecycles simultaneously
• Product/Initiative Life Cycle Management experience
• Project management and analytical thinking skills

• Results-driven and delivery-focused
• Strong Presentation & communication skills
• Ability to manage / coordinate simultaneous projects, balance competing priorities with good judgment, proactively problem-solve, and meet deadlines
• Agile / Scrum process experience
