What you’ll doWe are looking for a Technical Product Lead for our Fixed Connectivity & Unified Communications Squad to execute the full lifecycle of enterprise IoT products and solutions as per customer needs and technology evolution, from concept phase to retirement in an environment of continuous improvement.
• BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or similar field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Technology/Network planning and operation activities in a telecommunications operator or organization supporting large heterogeneous Access & IP infrastructures or similar
• Knowledge of network topologies and technological trends
• Knowledge of Fixed Network Architecture (including HW and SW platforms roadmap)
• Knowledge of and experience with major internet routing protocols; specifically BGP, OSPF, MPLS, RSVP and ISIS.
• Knowledge of IP technology and of Fixed networks requirements and characteristics.
• Understanding & awareness of services compatible on Fixed networks such as wireless, VPN, voice, security, SD-WAN
• Certifications in CCNP, CCIE, HCIP R&S, NSE4 are considered an added value
• Know-how on ARUBA, Forti, Huawei preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects throughout their lifecycles simultaneously
• Product/Initiative Life Cycle Management experience
• Project management and analytical thinking skills
• Multi-task management
• Problem solving & data driven decision making
• Results-driven and delivery-focused
• Strong Presentation & communication skills
• Ability to manage / coordinate simultaneous projects, balance competing priorities with good judgment, proactively problem-solve, and meet deadlines
• Agile / Scrum process experience
