Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electronic/Communication Engineering or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in installation and administration (Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, CRM and Cloud Infrastructure (Especially SAS, PEGA, Evam, FICO Falcon Fraud Manager, NICE Actimize, SAP Business Objects, Qlik, Microsoft Power BI (RS and SSAS) and PwC PowerCurve and Ermas/Ecap are plus)
  • Experience implementing security controls to protect sensitive data processed through the Application Infrastructure Level
  • Knowledge of general working principles of databases, making necessary integrations with application infrastructures, being competent in performance review and problem solving (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase, Kafka, Couchbase, Redis are plus)
  • Experience in scripting with Shell, Microsoft PowerShell, R scripting, Python, etc.
  • Experience in Java runtime, .Net runtime problem determination, administration, and performance tuning
  • Administrating knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Docker, Git, Helm, Terraform
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and Public Cloud Platforms (Azure, Tanzu, Openshift preferred)
  • Knowledge of ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana
  • Good communication, coordination, documentation and reporting skills
  • Strong teamwork with proactive, analytical thinking, highly motivated and result-oriented personality
  • Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
  • Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve platform delivery

Job Description:

  • Responsible for installation, configuring, upgrading, and monitoring of Business Intelligence and Analytics, CRM and Cloud Platforms
  • Responsible for providing maximum system availability and uptime for our Business Intelligence and Analytics, CRM and Cloud Platforms
  • Responsible for capacity planning, performance analysis activities, and incident management
  • Analyzes and resolves problems associated with the servers, applications, and software
  • Designs and develops platforms with a focus on automating processes using scripting languages and automation platforms
  • Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity concepts
  • Supporting application development lifecycles and continuous deployment
  • Follow all best practices and procedures as established by the company
