Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE
  1. Achieve sales and market share targets with channel partners and other customers, within the assigned sub-area.
  2. Collect account receivable within deadline set by Syngenta.
  3. Regularly collect and report market intelligence.
Accountabilities
  1. Deliver campaigns and offers to selected customers through selected channels.
  2. Create demand at the customer, ensuring that the customer is knowledgeable about the products and has further interest in SYN products.
  3. Collect customer complaints and inform relevant department.
  4. Collect transaction info and soft metrics (NPS).
  5. Achieve sales and SoW targets.
  6. Build solid and professional relationships based on recognized expertise and trust with customers across the assigned sub-area.

Qualifications

  1. Current driver’s license.
  2. Basic sales experience.
  3. Bachelor degree in agriculture.
  4. Understanding of competitive environment.
