About Our Client

Our client is one of the global group of energy and petrochemical companies. For their future development plans, we are looking for a Business Analyst - Fleet Solutions. This role will be reporting to the Business Development and Marketing Director.

Job Description

  1. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly performance reports (Sales-Opex-KPI, Forecast, etc.) and all ad-hoc financial & operational reports requested by Management and Sales Teams.
  2. Analyze financial data (P&Ls, sales & operating reports) and KPIs.
  3. Support the preparation and updating of monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc business presentations to high standards.
  4. Support the preparation of reports/analysis by taking part in business development projects.
  5. Transform business to enable better decision-making through the usage of advanced analytics.
  6. Communicate outcomes of analyses done using complex data sets or algorithms into simple conclusions that will empower teams to drive action based on the derived insights.
  7. Be responsible for the pricing, invoicing process, and performance management of all Non-Fuel Retail products: Company FiloPlatform, Services on the Road (HGS), AdBlue.
  8. Lead big data with proper IT tools.
  9. Be responsible for configuring complex excel files/data/reports for use in Power BI.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree from related departments from a reputable university (Engineering, Business Administration, Economy, etc.).
  2. Experience in web and mobile projects, business and system analysis projects.
  3. Experience in data analytics & tools is a must.
  4. Excellent command of the English language.
  5. Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills are a must.
  6. Having a commercial approach/mindset with quantitative thinking.
  7. Finance/Accounting experience is a plus.
  8. Strong can-do attitude.
  9. Able to work under commercial pressure with stretch targets.
  10. Able to work independently and get things done with a proactive approach.
  11. Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  12. Strong presentation skills.
  13. Ability to manage prioritization and deliver within challenging deadlines.
  14. Having a hands-on approach.
  15. Self-motivated professional, team player, excellent communication.
  16. Having a fast & agile attitude.
  17. Experience in working in a fast-changing environment with uncertainty.
