We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Alfa Laval. As a Sales Manager – Food Heat Transfer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the Food & Water Division.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the food heat transfer sector.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and customer acquisition.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the food industry.
  4. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  5. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
  6. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our products from the Food & Water Division.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Food Processing, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering).
  2. Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of relevant technologies and solutions.
  3. Deep understanding of food processes, regulations, and industry dynamics.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
  6. Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a strong business acumen.
  7. Flexibility with traveling across Turkey (3 days minimum).
