Job Description
Develop and execute the company's e-commerce strategy to meet sales targets and drive growth;
Enhance brand loyalty and visibility through digital marketing, social media, and CRM initiatives;
Analyze sales performance, generate reports, and propose recommendations for continuous improvement;
Manage website content, product catalogues, and visuals to provide an exceptional customer experience;
Oversee digital advertising campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media) to increase conversion rates and drive traffic;
Coordinate with logistics, warehousing, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth order fulfilment process.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing; Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is a plus; Strong skills in data analytics, sales, and understanding of consumer behaviour; Goal-oriented with strong analytical thinking and leadership skills; Advanced level of English.
