Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Strategy & Digital Transformation: Design and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that integrates digital capabilities and enhances overall efficiency. Lead E2E digital capability and maturity assessments to identify initiatives for improvement. Drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Logistics & Warehouse Optimization: Develop and optimize logistics strategies focusing on route optimization and distribution models. Implement logistics warehouse optimization techniques to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Oversee the implementation of advanced logistics technologies to improve operational performance.
  • Customer Experience & Order Management: Act as the Supply Chain Customer Experience Champion for the operating unit, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. Design and implement customer experience strategies to enhance each touchpoint within the supply chain. Manage and optimize customer order management processes to ensure excellence in order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Strategic Supply Chain Initiatives: Develop and execute supply chain sustainability initiatives to minimize environmental impact. Design and implement new product operation strategies to support product launches and market entry. Develop customer fulfillment analytics to measure and improve supply chain performance.
  • Stakeholder Management & Influence: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives and promote strategic alignment. Influence key stakeholders to adopt and support supply chain innovations and improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Design the S&OP process to ensure alignment between sales, inventory, and operations planning. Facilitate integrated planning sessions to optimize supply, demand, and financial projections.
  • End-to-End Supply Chain Productivity & Efficiency Projects: Develop and implement strategies to enhance end-to-end supply chain productivity and efficiency. Lead initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, or a related field, with experience in consultancy or FMCG companies.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing supply chain strategies and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong background in Supply Chain optimization, customer experience management, and order management excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in designing S&OP processes and end-to-end supply chain productivity and efficiency projects.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital and technology tools related to supply chain management.
  • High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
