Director of Hotel Operations vacancy in Istanbul Turkey

General Manager of Operations (Preparation - Opening - Operations) Fully responsible for the management of all stages of the group's subordinate hotels (B&B Hotel, Cultural Tourism Town, Boutique Hotel, etc.) from preparation to opening to operation, as follows:

I. Preparation period

• Responsible for all the work in the preparatory stage of the hotel, set various targets for the preparation of the hotel and implement them according to plan;
• Responsible for the hotel's preliminary positioning;
• Follow up the construction and design of the hotel;
• Responsible for the acceptance of project quality and decoration;
• Ensure the completion, handover and acceptance of the hotel as planned, and the opening of the hotel as planned;

II. Opening preparation

• Be responsible for the timely arrival of all equipment and facilities before the opening of the hotel;
• Responsible for the hotel's various licenses and permits;

III. Operation after opening

• Organize and formulate the hotel's service standards and working procedures, ensure the hotel's service quality and management level, and build the brand image;
• Achieve the operation targets of each project assigned by the Group;
