What is the job waiting for you?
- Managing TEMSA Connect Platform
- Evaluating customer complaints and producing solutions
- Ensuring that TEMSA Related Units and Services resolve customer requests
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with TEMSA Sales and After Sales activities
- Measuring the service quality of services and TEMSA by conducting customer satisfaction surveys
- Reporting to TEMSA related units
- Creating action plans to ensure sustainable customer satisfaction
- Measuring customer satisfaction through IPSOS Surveys, tracking, analyzing, and reporting satisfaction through Cx Portal
- Roadside assistance service evaluation, follow-up of development issues with the provider company, and reporting to TEMSA Units
- Providing training and system support for IPSOS and TEMSA Connect system used by authorized services and TEMSA Units
- Carrying out development activities for the Satisfaction Portal and Customer Request System
- Monthly reporting to Senior Management
- Digital end-to-end assistance management
- Customer management with digital artificial intelligence integration project management
- ChatBot development project management
What we are looking for?
- Graduating from relevant departments of universities
- Advanced written and spoken English
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Analytical thinking and communication skills
- High persuasiveness
- Team-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office programs
