What is the job waiting for you?

  • Managing TEMSA Connect Platform
  • Evaluating customer complaints and producing solutions
  • Ensuring that TEMSA Related Units and Services resolve customer requests
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction with TEMSA Sales and After Sales activities
  • Measuring the service quality of services and TEMSA by conducting customer satisfaction surveys
  • Reporting to TEMSA related units
  • Creating action plans to ensure sustainable customer satisfaction
  • Measuring customer satisfaction through IPSOS Surveys, tracking, analyzing, and reporting satisfaction through Cx Portal
  • Roadside assistance service evaluation, follow-up of development issues with the provider company, and reporting to TEMSA Units
  • Providing training and system support for IPSOS and TEMSA Connect system used by authorized services and TEMSA Units
  • Carrying out development activities for the Satisfaction Portal and Customer Request System
  • Monthly reporting to Senior Management
  • Digital end-to-end assistance management
  • Customer management with digital artificial intelligence integration project management
  • ChatBot development project management

What we are looking for?

  • Graduating from relevant departments of universities
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Analytical thinking and communication skills
  • High persuasiveness
  • Team-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
