We are looking for a "Data Analytics Team Lead" for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Data Analytics department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

Requirements

What makes you special?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• 6+ years experience in business intelligence or in an analytical role
• Experience managing and leading a team
• Extensive experience with SQL, Mongo
• Experienced in Data Modelling, Data Warehousing, and Data Visualization
• Strong experience in Business Intelligence Tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qliksense
• Strong knowledge of Python
• Knowledge/curiosity about modern data platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and actionable manner

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract valuable insights, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support for strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate complex data findings effectively
• Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to enhance predictive modeling and analytics capabilities
• Work with large datasets and implement data cleansing, transformation, and validation processes
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics
