We are partnering with one of our clients to find a Customer Success & Operations Specialist who will take the lead in managing operational processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to team success.

Responsibilities:
Provide operational support by understanding client requests and matching suitable freelancers from our talent pool to the right projects.
Ensure effective communication with our freelancer community to guarantee the best project matches and increase community engagement.
Take an active role in client success management processes by supporting clients in their projects and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Measure and report existing clients' satisfaction and feedback regularly, taking actions to improve long-term client loyalty.
Resolve client issues quickly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Continuously improve operational processes, optimize workflows, and enhance platform user experience by making processes more automated.
Use CRM tools effectively to track client interactions, opportunities, and deals, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Skills & Qualifications We Are Looking For:
Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to stay up to date with industry trends, products, and technologies, and integrate them into operational processes.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
A solution-oriented mindset, with strong analytical thinking and the ability to manage operational processes efficiently.
Team player with an open-minded attitude toward learning and growth.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Familiarity with startup culture or experience in a startup environment is a plus.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with at least three days per week at our Maslak office.
