Business Analyst

Minka Finansal Teknolojiler A.Ş. is a dynamic cryptocurrency service provider featured in the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK) crypto asset providers list. Our mission is to deliver secure, innovative, and user-friendly crypto solutions. As we build our operations, we are looking for experienced professionals to join our rapidly growing team.

Position: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Product Manager to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories and functional specifications.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user behavior analysis to support product decisions.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics post-launch.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis within the fintech, crypto, or technology sectors.
• Minimum bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of Agile practices and experience working in cross-functional teams.
