Job Description
Updating Ankara regional marketing and sales policies and objectives, taking into account changing and evolving conditions, identifying deviations from objectives and determining the reasons for them, and defining measures to be taken and informing relevant managers.
Creating annual budgets and plans for the Ankara Regional Sales Department to ensure sufficient resources for achieving the set targets.
Monitoring market developments and new trends to provide recommendations to the R&D team for the development of product ranges, aiming to achieve planned market share targets.
Conducting research on potential customers in the region, determining their risk levels, and identifying working conditions.
Keeping track of current developments in marketing and sales techniques and conducting activities to contribute to the team's development accordingly.
Conducting customer visits, identifying customer needs and issues, undertaking efforts to increase customer satisfaction, and guiding the team accordingly.
The Successful Applicant
Preferably graduated from Engineering, Economics, and Administrative Departments of universities.
Having 7 or more years of experience in sales and marketing in the HVAC industry.
Able to use MS Office, Airware, and IAS programs at a good level.
Good knowledge of English is a must.
Successful in human relations, strong representation, and persuasion skills.
Developed analytical thinking, analyzing, and planning skills.
Have effective communication and representation skills.
Detail-oriented.
High reporting skills.
Carried out team management.
Having a driver's license.
Not related to military service for male candidates.
