We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our pioneer team for the Youth Connect Programme. You will play a pivotal role by providing holistic psychosocial support in tandem with medical care for young people using KKH services. You will bridge the service gap between healthcare and community care settings. As a member of our inter-disciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside specialist doctors, nurses, psychologists and social workers in KKH, schools and social service agencies in the community to support the overall well-being of young people.
