WSQ Assessor

We are looking for a freelance Assessor for our WSQ course. The candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments to evaluate learners' competencies at the end of our WSQ course. In this role, the candidate should possess strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay impartial.

Job Description

• Conduct assessments for WSQ course
• Conduct written assessment & oral questioning
• Explain Assessment & appeal process to candidates
• Assess if candidate is Competent or Not Yet Competent

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Assessor or a similar role
• Knowledge of the Enneagram as a human profiling tool
• Familiarity with WSQ framework, courses, and assessments
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay impartial regardless of candidate & situation
