Job Highlights:

• Company transport provided at various pickup points;
• Work site location at Tampines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement a comprehensive Site Safety Management System to manage risks and reduce accidents;
• Implementation of workplace safety, health, and environment programs and initiatives;
• Enforcement of safety standards in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act;
• Conduct training programs on workplace safety and health and inspections to ensure that all staff and/or subcontractors onsite and at HQ abide by policies and standards;
• Ensure strict compliance with procedures in statutory workplace, safety, health, and environment requirements at sites and required premises;
• Implementation of effective safety management system, preventive measures as well as risk assessment to minimize accidents at the assigned workplace/site;
• Preparation and/or submission of safety reports and necessary audits;
• Assist the company in safety-related certifications and awareness such as safety audits, meetings, and execution of safety programs;
• Work with the assistance of your safety team of WSH coordinators and supervisors at the project site;
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes in safety guidelines;
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• MOM Registered WSH Officer/Safety Officer with minimum 4 years of relevant experience;
• Minimum 3 years as a WSH Personnel in construction, with at least one year of experience as a WSHO;
• Possess a minimum Diploma in Environment, Health, and Safety Management or related field;
• Excellent people management skills and good interpersonal skills.
