Writer

Our client, a reputable company in the immigration services sector, is looking for a Writer to enhance its growing team. This position will focus on crafting compelling narratives and documentation for immigration applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of immigration processes and the ability to clearly and persuasively present complex information in writing.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant information from clients and other sources to gain a deep understanding of individual cases.
2. Create well-organized, persuasive, and professionally written narratives that effectively showcase the strengths of each client's application.
3. Work closely with our Immigration Consultants and Legal team to ensure that client information is accurately represented and complies with legal standards.
4. Apply your knowledge of immigration matters to integrate applicable laws, regulations, and policies into application cases.
5. Revise and edit drafts as needed to ensure the highest quality and precision in each submission.
6. Stay informed about the latest immigration laws, regulations, and policies in Singapore to provide timely and accurate guidance to the team and clients.
7. Manage multiple cases simultaneously within set timelines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
8. Aim to produce approximately 100-150 letters each month.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of professional writing experience, ideally in the immigration field.
2. Strong command of the English language, including proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
4. Familiarity with immigration laws, regulations, and policies in Singapore is advantageous.
5. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
6. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy while working under tight deadlines.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
