Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul work on heavy vehicles (diesel, commercial and electric & hybrid vehicle), ensuring high standard of workmanship and minimizing turnaround time for scheduled repairs and inspections to meet workshop service standards and according to job order.
Notify Team Leader of unusual repair problems which will require major repair and replacement parts recommendation.
Adhere to defined guidelines in regards to safety, orderliness, etc.
Complete work order for each vehicle and unit serviced.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
NTC 2 or NITEC 2 in Automotive Technology
2-3 years of experience in the automotive repair and service industry
Able to read and understand electrical schematic diagrams.
Able to diagnose and repair electrical issues on commercial vehicles, including ECU repairing, programming, remapping, and component repairing.
Able to use and troubleshoot electrical/technical issues with diagnostic tools.
Able to understand the functionality of the electrical components.
Working Hours and Benefits
Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM, Alternate Saturday: 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM, basic salary (1.7k - 2.5k) + OT (200 - 1k) + 14 AL + VB (3 months).
Positions Available
1 backfill headcount (preferably with Class 3 & 4 Driving License), Tuas, pick up from Crescent MRT.
2 new headcounts, Senoko Rd, pick up from Admiralty MRT.
2 new headcounts, Tuas, pick up from Crescent MRT (no experience is welcome).
May need to conduct a test while applying (for experienced candidates).
