To cultivate a good Work, Safety & Health environment at the workshop.
To ensure quality repairs for all service and repair works meet the service standards from the Factory.
To monitor/update Asst Manager (AM) daily WIP cars status under technical support to meet agreed customer deadlines/reduce downtime.
To feedback and follow up technical issues with Technical, Reception, Workshop & Factory to resolve them expeditiously.
To support Workshop Executive in counseling workshop staff on poor technical performance to maintain workshop technical competencies.
To keep records and ensure all equipment and special tools are well maintained.
To conduct meetings with Workshop Executive daily on quality performance, workshop loading capacity planning, and operational issues.
Support service reception for technical advice and conduct upfront diagnostic/test drives with customers.
Monitor Come-back-job (CBJ) and FRFT survey results closely.
Recommend continuous areas of improvement on the implementation of preventive and corrective actions/methods.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment and help look after the welfare and interests of the workshop staff.
Assist in other company requirements when directed and work within the authority of a Technical Executive. Perform work with due diligence on other projects and tasks assigned.
Requirements
At least 3 years in automotive trade service/repair, with 1 year in a supervisory position. Technical Reporting & EV Repair are preferred.
NTC 2 in Automotive Technology (light Vehicle) or higher educational level.
Experience in basic product training.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good management and supervisory skills.
Location: Alexandra, Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm.
