WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist HOD to manage maintenance and repair activities, manpower resources and daily operations in the workshop;
• Coordinate & delegate the preventive & corrective maintenance activities of all equipment's and vehicles;
• Schedule equipment's and vehicles for preventive maintenance and inspections;
• Assess conditions of vehicles/equipment and prioritize them due for maintenance & repair;
• Monitor Record & ensure all maintenance documentation are updated accordingly;
• Prepare technical reports;
• Liaise with users/clients on maintenance issues.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
• Applicants with Nitec in Automotive Technology (Heavy / Light Vehicles) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience are also welcome to apply;
• Technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance;
• Experience in diesel/petrol engines maintenance;
• Team player, achievement driven and self-motivated;
• Positive, hardworking, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
