You'll drive innovation and improvement in our workplace technology, leveraging the latest tools and technologies to enhance productivity and security. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll identify areas for enhancement and implement solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users.

What you do

  1. Implement and manage workplace technology and automation infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance
  2. Manage endpoint risk controls for devices across multiple geographical locations
  3. Drive continuous improvement to endpoint and mobile device security controls
  4. Implement solutions to monitor risk and service indicators, enabling fast service recovery
  5. Collaborate with Service Desk and IT Service Concierge to detect anomalies and resolve issues affecting employee services
  6. Leverage Gen AI capabilities and analytics to identify service and risk gaps across the End User operating environment

Qualifications

Who you are

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing Workplace Technology and Desktop infrastructure
  3. Must have experience in implementing and managing Microsoft infrastructure, including M365 Office Platform
  4. Must have experience working with RPA, automation scripting, and Power BI for reporting and analytics
  5. Strong technical, analytical, and engineering competencies with hands-on experience in managing PC/Notebooks, Mobile Devices, and related controls
  6. Relevant Microsoft Certifications, Network, or Security preferred
  7. Experience-centric and able to communicate concisely and clearly with non-IT-savvy users
  8. Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts and Agile methodologies
