What You Can Expect

The Zoom team is looking for a Workplace Specialist to manage daily operations at the Singapore Engagement Hub and provide virtual support across APAC. This role requires initiative, exceptional organizational skills, and adaptability to handle diverse responsibilities while prioritizing excellent service for customers, employees, and visitors. This role is based in Singapore and reports to the Manager in Amsterdam.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Have 3+ years experience in workplaces, events, office management, or facilities roles, delivering top quality customer service and helping create a class employee experience daily.
  2. Be a self-starter, have skills to work independently, driving projects and tasks to completion with little direction.
  3. Have experience with internal facility ticket systems and meetings.
  4. Understand working in a hybrid environment, across geographies.
  5. Have responsibility and skills to adapt to fast-growing circumstances with passion and outgoing proactivity.
  6. Showcase excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, written, and oral communications.
