Workplace Safety & Health Officer ( LTA Projects )

Job Description:

1. Oversee and lead the site safety team and subcontractors in the implementation of the company's safety systems.
2. Achieve 100% Safety Rate.
3. Liaise closely with site staff and project managers on all safety and health issues.
4. Supervise safety and promote safe conduct.
5. Inspect and rectify any unsafe places of work.
6. Conduct regular safety inspections/audits to identify safety and health hazards and conduct a safety gap analysis.
7. Assist in accident reporting and investigations as well as toolbox meetings.
8. Assist in all areas of safety planning and incident prevention.
9. Continuous improvement on EHS system through the effective implementation of ISO9001, 14001, 45001 & Bizsafe.
10. Attend to any government agencies, insurance companies, auditors, etc.
11. Perform any other duties as stipulated in WSH Act.

Job Requirements:

1. Mandatory MOM registered WSHO.
2. Advantage to have NEA registered ECO, PUB registered ECMO & SCDF registered FSM.
3. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in LTA projects.
4. Ability to present a professional image and act in the best interest of the Company.
5. Able to work across all departments and functions.
6. Class 3 driver licence with own transport is an advantage.
