Officer, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH)

We are looking for an Officer to join our Corporate Quality and Safety Department through the Head Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the company's EHS program and policies, ensuring effective execution of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems and certification.
• Conduct EHS surveys and inspections, recommending corrective actions and advising on safety programs to improve EHS performance.
• Investigate accidents to determine root causes, track and update EHS KPI performance of the Business Unit, and ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
• Manage and liaise with authorities on safety and environmental-related matters, ensuring effective communication and compliance.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the EHS function and overall safety performance.

Job Requirements

• Candidate who is a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer / FSM is preferred.
