Workplace Safety Health Officer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Report to the Corporate Quality and Safety Department through the Head Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager.
2. Monitor and support the company's EHS program and policies, ensuring effective execution of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems and certification.
3. Conduct EHS surveys and inspections, recommending corrective actions and advising on safety programs to improve EHS performance.
4. Investigate accidents to determine root causes, track and update EHS KPI performance of the Business Unit, and ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
5. Manage and liaise with authorities on safety and environmental-related matters, ensuring effective communication and compliance.
6. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the EHS function and overall safety performance.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate who is a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer / FSM is preferred.
