Job Description

  • To be the professional face and go-to person for all engagement activities to build communities at the office.
  • To be the pinnacle of customer and employee service excellence, going above and beyond to create joyful and lasting experiences that provide consistent and sustainable value for our clients, customers, and colleagues.
  • Lead by example to instill a culture of engagement and empathy in the team.
  • Create and sustain a start-up culture with the team, seeking out new and innovative ways to engage and bring joyful experiences to fellow colleagues.
  • Understand the Clients' culture, purpose, and values to ensure the best delivery with customer/employee-centricity in mind.
  • The ideal candidate should unite a community to create a buzz in the workplace, ensuring workspace activation and activities that engage colleagues and foster community.

Duties

  • Contribute to the formation and refinement of workplace experience strategy, leading the implementation to delivery.
  • Organize and execute workplace experience events, measuring Employee Satisfaction (ESAT) for each activity planned.
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and vendors to implement community building products/services.
  • Advocate and implement digitalization of workplace experience processes including CRE Services (Facilities reporting, Meeting room booking, Car park application, etc.).
  • Lead and operationalize execution of agile and Design Thinking/Human-centered design methodology.
  • Adopt the Clients' 4D methodology in journey mapping for site operations, conducting experiments, service blueprints, value maps, sustainable operations, operational improvements, and streamlining efficiencies.
  • Able to create simple posters or onsite communications materials.
  • Plan, film, and edit videos/communication materials (collaborate with vendor partners for complex videography).
