Responsibilities:

1. Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
2. Conduct or support working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
3. Create functional designs and process designs (including scenario design, flow mapping).
4. Demonstrate design options and functionality using prototyping.
5. Stay on top of new innovations provided by Workday for applications at our clients.
6. Configuration of designs, demonstrate to client and validate.
7. Contribute to design of integrations to/from other systems.
8. Support testing and fixing of errors.
