WMS Application Developer

Industry X Consultant

To support in all phases of the software development project life cycle, including customer engagement, requirement gathering, planning and analysis, design, development of code, testing business software applications, project implementation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in engaging clients to understand business requirements involving a design thinking approach.
• Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Assist in defining and reviewing requirements and use cases for the application.
• Assist in estimating efforts and preparing quotations based on client requirements.
• Design the application to meet the business process design and application requirements.
• Configure, build, and test the application or technical architecture components.
• Participate in transitioning the designs to the developers, conduct code reviews, and transition the application or technical architecture components to the testers.
• Fix any defects and performance problems discovered during testing.
• Create technical and functional/end-user operational documentation for the software or system.
• Attend training as required to upskill and maintain currency of expertise.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or other relevant IT programs/courses.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying field service/workforce management systems such as Verisae Viryanaet G4 / Accruent vxField is a must.
• Utilities domain knowledge is essential.
• Software development experience in software design, architecture, development, integration, testing, and support.
• Willingness to work in a vibrant consulting environment.
• Able to communicate (verbal and written) and interact effectively with clients.
