We are hiring for our client: Customer Service Executive

Location: West Area

Working Hours: Mon to Fri office hours

Salary: Basic salary up to $2900 + $100 attendance allowance

Duties:

1. Issue and post Purchase Orders (PO) in the system
2. Create and amend invoices as required
3. Follow up on the Statements of Account (SOA)
4. Use correct item code and pricing when creating the order
5. Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders on order processing
6. Answer customer's enquiries
7. Generate Sales Return Order
8. Attend and verify Return Order requests and issue credit notes
9. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
