Location: Tuas West

Salary range: Up to $3,500 + AWS + VB

Working hours: 8:00am to 5:15pm (Mon to Fri)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for employing measuring techniques to determine most desirable suppliers.
2. Monitoring supplier performance and recommending necessary action to improve performance (if any).
3. Monitoring lead time per commodities and adjusting as necessary.
4. Developing plans and schedules for the execution of work using internal or subcontracted services; and monitoring progress of work.
5. Preparing confidential information and performing expediting functions.
6. Developing specifications to allow for competitive acquisition of items of a complex nature.
7. Acting as a liaison between suppliers and internal company personnel.
8. Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.
