Wellness Consultant | Up to $3.3K | Central

Responsibilities:

1. Build a rapport with guests to understand their wellness aspirations and tailor their well journey based on their individual needs, preferences, and health goals.
2. Familiarize with organization’s products and services (wellness therapies, remedies, antidotes, etc.) and provide recommendations and educate guests about the treatments and processes.
3. Supervise the therapy process to ensure therapy is executed accurately and ensure guests feel supported and comfortable.
4. Engage with guests to gather feedback on therapy sessions and offer additional services that could enhance their experience.
5. Respond to any concerns/inquiries.
6. Provide insightful tours of organization’s facilities, sharing the benefits and features of organization’s services.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, wellness, nutrition, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse individuals.
3. Certification or background in health coaching, nutrition, or fitness is advantageous.
4. Comfortable to perform retail hours and weekends.
