As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering a culture of health, wellbeing and resilience within a leading organization. The Onsite Wellbeing Coordinator serves as the primary driver of day-to-day success for our customers, acting as a dedicated advocate in maximizing the impact of our global wellbeing program. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing global wellbeing initiatives, ensuring employees have access to impactful programs, resources, and support. You will work closely with internal Thrive Global stakeholders, onsite Health & Wellness Coaches, and external partners to implement strategic and impactful wellbeing initiatives and drive employee engagement.

This is a hybrid role that requires 2-3 days per week in a customer’s office, with a strong focus on coordinating global wellbeing efforts across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Execution
  • Oversee the execution of company-wide wellbeing initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional needs.
  • Support the Account Manager to ensure that all Supplier contractual obligations and that all Supplier service commitments are being met.
  • Support the Health & Wellness Coaches in delivering wellbeing seminars, virtual and onsite fitness/yoga/meditation classes, and other customized presentations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional employees for wellbeing-related initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and ongoing optimization of our wellbeing program.
  • Support Company-Wide Wellbeing Programs: Assist in launching, promoting, and scaling health and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring engagement and adoption across teams.
  • Lead planning efforts and provide organizational support to the speakers, coaches, and facilitators in delivering health and wellbeing sessions.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Engagement
  • Act as a liaison between Thrive Global, customer, and regional leaders, collaborating to integrate wellbeing initiatives into broader employee engagement strategies.
  • Engage employees through proactive communication and programming, driving awareness and participation in wellbeing initiatives.
  • Track program engagement and participation, measure impact, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the company’s wellbeing programs and serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance.
  • Manage and train a network of wellbeing champions across the customer’s organization.
Continuous Learning & Program Innovation
  • Stay informed on Health and Wellbeing Trends: Embrace a learner’s mindset and seek out the latest research, news, trends, and best practices on behavioral health, resilience, and workplace wellbeing.
  • Ensure wellbeing strategies remain inclusive, culturally relevant, and accessible to a diverse, global workforce.
  • Gather and analyze insights from employees, wellbeing champions, local managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage evolving customer business needs while proactively assessing and mitigating risks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education & Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate wellbeing, program management, HR, or a related role. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in public health, psychology, wellness management, HR, or a related field.
  • Program Coordination Expertise: Proven ability to execute and manage wellbeing programs across multiple locations.
  • Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to engage with employees at all levels, build trust, and foster a culture of wellbeing.
  • Tech-Savvy & Data Driven: Familiarity with digital wellbeing platforms, employee engagement tools, and project management software.
  • Understanding of Workplace Wellbeing & Benefits: Knowledge of best practices in employee health and wellness programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within enterprise organizations or large-scale wellbeing programs.
  • Certification in wellbeing program management or HR-related fields.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to support a global workforce.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Office Suite, Salesforce, and Monday.com.

Compensation for this role depends on level, and will likely fall in the $60,000-90,000 range.
