Stakeholder Management:
Gather requirements from project stakeholders to understand their constraints and user’s problem.
Design wireframes and prototypes for intuitive navigation, providing solutions to project stakeholders.
Intranet Reorganization & Engagements:
Design intuitive website flows to enhance engagement and conversion on SharePoint.
Develop and build high-converting landing pages, incorporating CTAs and multimedia elements to increase engagements.
Ability to develop beautiful and meaningful reporting metrics dashboard.
Analyze website performance metrics (e.g., page views, search queries, bounce rates, user feedback, followers) and identify improvement opportunities.
Use data-driven tools (e.g., Hotjar, Power BI, Google Analytics) to drive data-driven improvements.
Implement optimization strategies to enhance followers and engagements on Intranet.
SharePoint Development & Management:
Manage SharePoint plugins, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
Implement security best practices and compliance with company IT policies.
Train the comms team and department admins to manage contents post launch.
Graphic Design & Branding:
Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual content with brand strategy and business goals.
Ensure branding consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Develop templates and governance guidelines for consistency.
Partner with existing comms person to repurpose articles/EDMs into intranet friendly formats (e.g., microcopy, video scripts, FAQ).
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated expertise in SharePoint development, graphic design, branding, and lead generation.
Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles for optimizing websites.
Familiarity with DNS management, server hosting, and techniques for optimizing website performance.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance website functionality.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to craft cohesive and visually engaging designs.
In-depth knowledge of landing page development and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Experienced with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Outlook) and advanced lead generation tactics.
Project management, collaboration with marketing teams and deadline-driven execution.
