About the Role
As a Web Analytics Manager (CRO), you will lead projects focused on improving website performance and user engagement. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product teams, to implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth. Your expertise in analytics platforms, experimentation, and personalization will be key in identifying opportunities for optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Strategy & Analysis: Gather insights from website analytics and customer behavior data to inform CRO strategies.
- Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to enhance user experience and maximize conversions.
- Personalization & Optimization: Develop tailored digital experiences across various online channels, including web, mobile, and email.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into actionable optimization plans.
- Technical Implementation Support: Work closely with developers to ensure proper tracking and execution of testing and personalization solutions.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about emerging trends in digital analytics, CRO, and marketing automation to drive innovation.
What Were Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in web analytics, CRO, or related fields.
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, A/B testing platforms, and personalization solutions.
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and an understanding of user behavior analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, product, and development teams.
- Certifications in web analytics or CRO tools are a plus.
