Job description
We are seeking a high-caliber candidate to join our team as a Wealth Management, Single Coverage Client Advisor, Vice President in the South East Asia Market team at JP Morgan.
Responsibilities:
Support and manage all aspects of client relationships across the team, developing and maintaining long-term relationships through professional/personal networks and contacts.
Operate in both banker and investor capacity, handling and coordinating with various teams on overall account inquiries/maintenance and investment-related aspects.
Articulate and deliver strategic messages to portfolio clients, prepare presentations and proposals, and take solicited and unsolicited orders in all asset classes. Update clients regularly on markets, portfolio performance, investment opportunities, and risks.
Partner with clients to update Know Your Client (KYC) information, client suitability profile, host client meetings, monitor funds/asset transfer, and handle client ad-hoc queries.
Collaborate with integrated team members to provide high-quality client service.
Track clients, Assets Under Management (AUM), and Revenues using internal systems; periodic calculation of account performance.
Work with other teams to meet compliance, regulatory, risk management, operational, and due diligence requirements, as well as internal policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
Minimum 7 years' experience in wealth management space, with strong client and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of private banking key regulatory and control environments relevant to the team, with ability to manage accounts accordingly.
Proven client management skills and effective communication skills (oral and written) to positively engage and influence clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
High level of integrity and risk awareness.
Team player able to work with different business functions across the bank.
Comfort and experience working with and reporting to senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Appropriate local regulatory qualification and licenses preferred.
Strong knowledge of local regulatory policies and guidelines.
Strong knowledge of relevant financial markets and instruments.
