Responsibilities

1. Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions to address customers' financial needs and objectives.
2. Build and strengthen customer relationships by providing regular updates on market trends and insights into local and international financial products.
3. Promote and offer a wide variety of banking products to existing and potential clients, including structured notes, leveraged FX trades, corporate and sovereign bonds, etc.
4. Deliver expert financial analysis and customized wealth management solutions, such as bancassurance, loans, and investment products.
5. Participate actively in branch activities, supporting the overall success of the bank.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
2. Diploma / Degree in Banking and Finance or a related field.
3. Basic technical knowledge of consumer banking products (e.g., Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance) is an advantage.
4. Prior banking experience or CMFAS certification is highly preferred.
