Warehouse Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to manage daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring the smooth coordination of processes and driving continuous improvements in efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and supervise daily warehouse and logistics activities, working closely with the Purchasing and Sales/Shipping teams to ensure timely shipments.
• Lead efforts to improve warehouse efficiency, focusing on space utilization, resource management, cycle time, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement effective housekeeping practices and maintain a safe, organized working environment to enhance warehouse space management.
• Plan and allocate warehouse and logistics resources based on business requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the trading or distribution industry.
• Diploma or degree in Warehouse Management, Distribution, Logistics, or a related field.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Hands-on, operational role with strong leadership abilities.
• Candidates with substantial experience may be considered for higher-level positions, with compensation adjusted accordingly.
