Job description

Warehouse Supervisor (Up to $5K / East / Manufacturing)

The Role:

To lead a team of warehouse assistants and warehouse admin to ensure the management of the store efficiently
To supervise the receiving, kitting, and shipment according to the production plan
To lead the team to ensure the system and physical stocks are well maintained
To ensure the safety, 5S, and the efficiency of the store arrangement together with the team
To ensure coordination of the store equipment maintenance with the facility department
To closely coordinate with the Quality department on the IQA inspection and ensure materials are received correctly
To monitor work orders and ensure the team kits out efficiently to support production, and highlight to the planner on the shortages
To maintain the drip stock list safety level and counter check
To supervise and ensure the SAP system and transactions are well maintained
To ensure all deliveries are properly documented
