Warehouse Supervisor (Tampines / Up to $5000 / 5 days)

Job Summary:

• Salary up to $5000
• Location: Tampines
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3pm OR 3pm to 11pm (Fixed Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of warehouse assistants and warehouse admin to ensure efficient management of the store.
• Supervise receiving, kitting, and shipment according to the production plan by the planning department.
• Ensure the system and physical stocks are well maintained.
• Ensure safety, 5S, and efficient store arrangement with the team.
• Coordinate store equipment maintenance with the facility department.
• Coordinate with the Quality department on IQA inspection and ensure materials are received correctly.
• Monitor work orders and ensure the team kits out efficiently to support production, highlighting shortages to the planner if discrepancies are found.
• Maintain the drip stock list safety level and counter-check to inform buyers of discrepancies or shortages.
• Supervise and ensure the SAP system and transactions are well maintained.
• Ensure all deliveries are properly documented.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC / A / O level with a minimum of 3 years relevant warehouse working experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL and 4PL.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• A team player.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
