Warehouse Supervisor (MNC/Manufacturing)

Job Descriptions:

1. Lead a team of warehouse assistants and warehouse administrators to ensure efficient management of the store.
2. Supervise receiving, kitting, and shipping processes in alignment with the production plan provided by the planning department.
3. Ensure the store’s safety, 5S standards, and organization are maintained efficiently in collaboration with the team.
4. Coordinate with the facilities department for the maintenance of store equipment.
5. Work closely with the Quality department to conduct IQA inspections and ensure materials are correctly received.
6. Monitor work orders and ensure the team efficiently kits out materials to support production, highlighting any discrepancies or shortages to the planner.
7. Maintain safety levels of drip stock and cross-check inventory to alert buyers of any discrepancies or shortages.
8. Supervise and ensure the SAP system and transactions are accurately maintained.
9. Adhere to RBA compliance standards.

Job Requirements:

1. NITEC / A / O level with min 3 years relevant in house working experience in manufacturing sector
2. Strong knowledge of 3PL and 4PL
3. Able to multi-task and work under pressure
4. A team player
5. Proficient in MS Office applications
