Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Gul Way
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper storage of finished goods and components, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Oversee daily loading, unloading, and material handling activities for smooth logistics flow.
• Process delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Perform regular stocktaking, investigate discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support the manager in overseeing daily tasks, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to 5S and FIFO standards.
• Implement safety protocols, maintain warehouse equipment, and comply with OSHAS, ISO, and company regulations.

Requirements

• Must have a valid forklift license.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management, safety rules, and ISO standards.
• Able to use Microsoft Office software.
• Work well independently and in a team; able to meet deadlines.
