Warehouse Supervisor @ AMK #UP $ 3,200 + BONUS - RRBT

Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Day: 5.5 Days/ Week
MON – FRI, 8:30am to 5:30pm; SAT, 8:30am to 12:30pm
Salary: $2900-$3200 + completion bonus
[1-year contract | convertible/renewable]

Job Scopes & Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Manager with daily activities and resource planning.
2. Deploy staff to ensure smooth and effective operations.
3. Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and new staff orientations.
4. Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities for accuracy.
5. Determine shipping priorities and work assignments to meet schedules and KPIs.
6. Ensure customer operations run systematically and meet objectives.
7. Follow up on customer requests promptly.
8. Train and cross-train staff to ensure smooth operation continuity.
9. Brief staff on tasks, regulations, changes, and new implementations as needed.
10. Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure timely shipment release and delivery.

Requirements:

1. Prior SAP experience preferred.
2. Experience with Microsoft applications and computer literacy.
3. A valid forklift license is a plus.
4. Singaporeans only.
