Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and record-keeping.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Optimize warehouse processes and workflows to improve productivity.
• Train, develop, and evaluate staff performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely deliveries and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma and above
• 3+ years experience in a warehouse lead role and managing employees
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to work with all levels of company staff
• Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
• Class 3/Forklift License
