Warehouse Supervisor

工作职责 / Job Responsibilities:

仓库管理 / Warehouse Management:

• 监督日常仓库运营，确保高效运作和安全标准 Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring efficient functioning and safety standards
• 管理库存水平，进行定期盘点并维护准确的库存记录 Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• 优化仓库空间布局，提高存储效率和货物流通 Optimize warehouse layout for improved storage efficiency and product flow
• 确保仓库环境整洁有序 Ensure warehouse environment is clean and organized

电商产品管理 / E-commerce Product Management:

• 组织和分类电商产品，确保准确的SKU管理 Organize and categorize e-commerce products with accurate SKU management
• 监督产品的收货、存储、拣选、包装和发货流程 Supervise receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping processes for products
• 确保产品质量控制，检查损坏或不合格商品 Ensure product quality control, inspecting for damaged or substandard items
• 管理产品上架和产品图像的拍摄与整理 Manage product listings and coordinate product photography and organization

团队管理 / Team Management:

• 领导和培训仓库员工团队 Lead and train warehouse staff team
• 安排工作时间表并监督工作表现 Schedule work shifts and monitor performance
• 实施安全规程并确保合规 Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance
• 解决团队冲突并促进积极的工作环境 Resolve team conflicts and foster a positive work environment

物流协调 / Logistics Coordination:

• 与物流合作伙伴协调产品配送 Coordinate with logistics partners for product delivery
• 处理退货和换货流程 Handle returns and exchange processes
• 优化配送路线和方法以提高效率 Optimize delivery routes and methods for efficiency
• 及时解决配送问题 Troubleshoot delivery issues promptly

系统与报告 / Systems & Reporting:

• 熟练使用仓库管理系统和电商平台 Proficient in using warehouse management systems and e-commerce platforms
• 生成库存、订单履行和仓库效率报告 Generate reports on inventory, order fulfillment, and warehouse efficiency
• 分析数据以识别改进机会 Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
• 实施流程改进以提高运营效率 Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

要求 / Requirements:

• 至少2年仓库管理经验，电商行业经验优先 Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in e-commerce industry
• 熟悉库存管理系统和电商平台操作 Familiar with inventory management systems and e-commerce platform operations
• 优秀的组织和领导能力 Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• 解决问题的能力和注重细节 Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作能力 Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities
• 能够处理多任务并在压力下工作 Able to multitask and work under pressure
• 具备基本计算机技能，包括Microsoft Office Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
