Warehouse Supervisor

Information:

• Salary range: Up to $3,500
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am-12.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead a section to achieve organisational goals in fulfilling customer's satisfaction level.
• Participate in improvement projects. Liaise with customer for resolving operational issues.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and new hires for familiarisation in achieving warehouse operations target.
• Ensure KPIs are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
• Plan manpower with cost implications in mind to meet customer's order demand.
• Responsible for safety and disseminate safety information to the team.
• Monitor employee performance issues. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Implement process improvements to streamline operations.
• Report on warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Ability to work well in a team with other staff.
• Knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of storage procedures including ways of stacking pallets, etc.
