Working Hours : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm), able to support 7am to 3pm / 3pm to 11pm if needed
Responsibility:-
Lead a team of warehouse assistance and warehouse admin to ensure the management of the store efficiently
To supervise the receiving, kitting, and shipment accordingly to the production plan by the planning department efficiently
To lead the team to ensure the system and physical stocks are well maintained
To ensure the safety, 5s, and efficiency of the store arrangement together with the team
To ensure coordination of the store equipment maintenance with the facility department
To closely coordinate with the Quality department on the IQA inspection and ensure materials are received correctly
To monitor work orders and ensure the team kits out efficiently to support production, and highlight to planners the shortages if any discrepancy found
To maintain the drip stock list safety level and counter-check to inform buyers if there are discrepancies or shortages
To supervise and ensure SAP system and transactions are well maintained
Ensure all deliveries are properly documented
Job Requirements:-
NITEC / A / O level with min 3 years of relevant in-house working experience in the manufacturing sector
