Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the warehouse facility.
• Lead the warehouse team and oversee daily operations, including receiving, handling, storing, picking, inspection, and packing activities.
• Develop a warehouse management system to streamline product handling, storage, packaging, and delivery.
• Establish and maintain warehouse standards and workflow processes.
• Monitor and control inventory levels through regular stock takes and record updates.
• Manage stock transfers, including goods issued to production and returned to the warehouse.
• Ensure proper paperwork is completed for inventory accuracy.
• Supervise daily activities of the team and oversee incoming and outgoing goods delivery.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation practices.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the warehouse area.
• Continuously improve stock transfer processes and operational safety.
• Enhance stock integrity and warehouse safety measures.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management or superiors.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehousing or related functions.
• Experience in handling large shipments and using warehouse equipment like pallet jack, etc.
• Good to have forklift license and SAP experience.
