Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes; monitor daily warehouse activities and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Team Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate a warehouse team of 15 people to meet performance targets by assigning tasks and responsibilities accordingly; conduct performance evaluations and address any team-related concerns.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate stock counts, coordinate regular cycle counts, full inventory audits, and address inventory discrepancies accordingly.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for operational improvements and work with management to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Technology Utilization: Use specialized internal systems to monitor operations and track inventory accurately.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze operational reports; provide regular updates to management and clients on warehouse performance and inventory.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in E-Commerce will be an added advantage.
• Possess a Class-3 Driving License / Forklift License preferred but not compulsory.
