Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operations of the production line.
2. Responsible for staff scheduling including work assignments/rotations, employee breaks, and overtime assignment.
3. Lead and motivate staff to meet SAFETY/QUALITY & Production targets.
4. Plan and execute activities to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce waste.
5. Responsible for equipment maintenance and periodic calibration.
6. Production resource planning according to logistics schedule and volume per store orders and inventory management.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
2. Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
